Конец 2025 года ознаменовался знаковым для российского танцевального сообщества событием, которое выводит Pro Am в нашей стране на новую орбиту международного признания: Moscow Ball и Champions’ Ball официально вошли в престижную World Cup Pro-Am Series.

«Для страстных. Для избранных. Для ВАС» — это не просто девиз на главной странице сайта World Cup Pro-Am Series, но философия, которая объединяет участников. Здесь нет случайных танцоров: только те, кто живёт танцем, кто готов бросить вызов себе и соперникам, кто стремится к совершенству без компромиссов.

В преддверии нового года редакция портала dance.ru поговорила с организатором World Cup Pro-Am Series Cravero Fabrizio, чтобы рассказать нашим читателям, почему турниры серии такие особенные и как происходит их отбор в календарь, какие события пройдут в 2026 году и что объединяет и выделяет всех участников соревнований под эгидой World Cup Pro-Am Series.

ВЫСОКИЕ СТАНДАРТЫ КАЧЕСТВА И ЧЕСТНОЕ СУДЕЙСТВО

World Cup Pro-Am Series — это международная серия соревнований Pro Am высшего уровня, призванная повысить престиж движения Pro Am в европейской и латиноамериканской программах бальных танцев во всем мире. Это сообщество, где во главу угла возведено совершенство танца, где танцоры, ученики и преподаватели, и танцевальные студии соревнуются, зарабатывают рейтинговые очки и завоевывают международное признание. World Cup Pro-Am Series подчеркивает важность качества танца, объективность судейства, принадлежность танцевальному сообществу и возможность получить признание и реальные награды, а также прозрачную систему начисления баллов.

В течение танцевального сезона участники со всего мира, соревнуясь, набирают рейтинговые очки на отборочных мероприятиях, а в конце сезона получают заслуженные награды на завершающем турнире сезона — FabuLous Cup, который в 2026 году пройдет в Праге в отеле Hilton Prague 9–14 июля.

ТАНЦЕВАЛЬНЫЕ СОБЫТИЯ КАЛЕНДАРЯ WORLD CUP PRO AM SERIES

Помимо финального аккорда, где подводятся итоги каждого сезона, календарь World Cup Pro Am Series включает в себя различные мероприятия в Европе и за её пределами.
Среди ключевых событий World Cup Pro-Am Series сезона 2025–2026 особенно запомнились:

Istanbul Grand Gala (19 сентября 2025), открывший сезон в одном из самых знаковых городов Европы, где состязания высочайшего уровня органично слились с атмосферой восточной изысканности;

Milano Diamond Ball (16–18 октября 2025), превративший сердце модной столицы в подлинный праздник танца и элегантности — соревнования в величественных бальных залах Милана дополнялись изысканными гала-вечерами, познавательными экскурсиями и светскими раутами;

Azerbaijan Dance Festival (29 октября — 1 ноября 2025), яркий танцевальный фестиваль в Баку с насыщенной конкурсной программой, мастер-классами, гала-шоу и калейдоскопом стилей — от бальных и латиноамериканских танцев до ритм-танцев и аргентинского танго, и все это на фоне колоритной культурной жизни азербайджанской столицы.

Не менее грандиозными и яркими были Belgrade Stunning Ball (7–9 ноября 2025), собравший на паркете танцоров со всей Европы, изысканный The Ice Ball (29 ноября 2025) в Chelsea Old Town Hall в Лондоне, Danceful Vienna (6–7 декабря 2025) в самом сердце Вены, в отеле Hilton Vienna Park, и Fiesta Mediterranea (13 декабря 2025) со своей особой праздничной средиземноморской атмосферой.

С каждым годом растет не только число танцевальных состязаний, но и расширяется география World Cup Pro Am. В 2025 года в серию World Cup Pro Am вошли два самых масштабных российских Pro Am турнира, одним из которых стал Moscow Ball.

Moscow Ball 2025 встретил танцоров оригинальными фотозонами и декорациями, танцевальными сюрпризами от звезд мирового танца и своей особенной непередаваемой атмосферой в самом центре столицы 20–21 декабря. Ранее на портале рассказывали, как прошли 2 дня танцевальной сказки.

Moscow Ball 2025

2026 год обещает быть не менее насыщенным: сначала летим на belle danse в Париж принять участие в Dance Prestige (7 февраля), провожаем зиму на Prague Dance Championship (28 февраля — 1 марта) и встречаем весну в международный женский день на The Gala Ball London (7–9 марта). Известный своей профессиональной организацией и международным участием Britannia Dance Championships (27–29 марта) пройдет в отеле Hilton Utilita в Саутгемптоне.

Еще одной новой яркой строчкой в календаре серии стал Champions’ Ball, который в этом году пройдет 25-26 апреля в Москве.

Летние турниры серии встречают двойными очками в рейтинг-систему и балом-маскарадом на Dance Stars (24–28 июня) в Будапеште и возможностью заявить о себе в Азии на Hong Kong Open Dance Championships (7–8 июля).

4 КРИТЕРИЯ ОТБОРА В СЕРИЮ WORLD CUP PRO AM

Перед тем, как турнир может быть включен в серию, он проходит серьезный отбор, основанный на нескольких ключевых принципах:

Высокие стандарты соревнований: мероприятия должны быть хорошо организованы и обеспечивать честное судейство во всех категориях Pro Am.

Репутация и престиж: приоритет отдается соревнованиям с многолетней историей, активным международным участием и общепризнанным статусом в среде Pro Am.

Включение двух старейших российских турниров, Moscow Ball и Champions’ Ball, было вопросом времени, так как события полностью соответствуют принципам отбора в серию.

Moscow Ball насчитывает уже почти два десятилетия танцевальной истории, а Champions’ Ball по праву считается одним из самых авторитетных событий в российском календаре Pro Am. Репутация танцевальных событий складывалась годами, подтверждая неизменную приверженность высочайшим стандартам.

Международный масштаб — ещё одна отличительная черта этих российских турниров. На протяжении многих лет Moscow Ball и Champions’ Ball привлекают танцоров со всего мира, что идеально отвечает миссии серии World Cup Pro-Am Series: объединять под своим знаменем действительно глобальные соревнования.

World Cup Pro‑Am Series — the territory for the elite, where passion turns into art

The end of 2025 was marked by a remarkable event for the Russian dance community, which brings Pro Am in our country to a new level of international recognition: Moscow Ball and Champions’ Ball officially joined the prestigious World Cup Pro‑Am Series.

«For the Passionate. For the Elite. For YOU»— this is not just a motto on the World Cup Pro‑Am Series website, but a philosophy that unites the participants. There are no just random dancers here: only those who live and breathe for a dance, who are ready to challenge themselves and their rivals, who strive for uncompromising perfection.

At the end of the new year, dance.ru talked to the organizer of the World Cup Pro-Am Series Cravero Fabrizio to tell our readers why the tournaments of the series are so special and how they are selected for the calendar, what events will take place in 2026 and what unites and distinguishes all participants of the World Cup Pro-Am Series.

HIGH COMPETITIVE STANDARDS AND FAIRNESS

The World Cup ProAm Series is an international circuit of top‑level Pro‑Am dance competitions designed to elevate the profile of professional‑amateur ballroom and latin dancing worldwide. It provides a global platform where dancers, teachers, and studios can compete, earn ranking points, gain international visibility, and be part of a broader community celebrating excellence in Pro‑Am dance. The Series emphasises quality, fairness, community, and recognition, with a transparent points‑based ranking system and opportunities for real rewards and prestige.

Participants from around the world are ranked throughout the season based on their performance at qualifying events, culminating in final awards and special recognition at a grand finale event during the FabuLous Cup, which will be from the 9th to the 14th of July this year.

FabuLous Cup is one of Europe’s biggest and most prestigious Pro-Am competitions, uniting passionate dancers on a world-class stage at Hilton Prague Hotel.

WORLD CUP PRO‑AM SERIES CALENDAR 2025-2026

The Series calendar includes a variety of events across Europe and beyond. Among the gorgeous competitions of the 2025-2026 dance season were:

Istanbul Grand Gala (September 19, 2025) A glamorous opening event held in Istanbul, combining high-level competition with a luxurious cultural experience in one of Europe’s most iconic cities.
Milano Diamond Ball (October 16-18, 2025) A premier Italian ProAm event in the fashion capital, combining high‑level competition with gala evenings, tours and social activities in the elegant setting of Milan’s grand ballrooms.
Azerbaijan Dance Festival (29 October, 2025 - 1 November, 2025) A vibrant international dance festival in Baku featuring competitions, masterclasses, gala shows and World Cup ProAm Series events.
It celebrates diverse dance styles, including Ballroom, Latin, Smooth, Rhythm, Argentine Tango and more, against the cultural backdrop of Azerbaijan’s capital.

There were also incredible and fabulous events such as Belgrade Stunning Ball (November 7–9, 2025) hosted at Hyatt Regency Belgrade, the boutique competition The Ice Ball (November 29, 2025) held at Chelsea Old Town Hall in London, Danceful Vienna (December 6–7, 2025) set in Hilton Vienna Park and combines artistic performance with a modern Pro-Am competition format, Fiesta Mediterranea (December 13, 2025) with a festive Mediterranean setting and international competition experience.

More events appear on the official Series calendar as the season progresses, reflecting the global nature and growth of the Series. And this dance season welcomed two of Russian earliest and greatest Pro‑Am competitions — one of them is the Moscow Ball.

Moscow Ball 2025 took place on the December 20–21 and greeted dancers with original photo zones and decorations, beautiful shows from world dance stars and its own special indescribable atmosphere in the very center of the capital. Earlier, we wrote how the 2 days of the dance fairy tale went.

The following are the confirmed events on the World Cup ProAm Series calendar for the 2026:

Dance Prestige in Paris (February 7) The first Pro-Am event in France, held at the Centre Événementiel, combines competitive excellence with the charm of Parisian culture
Prague Dance Championship (February 28 – March 1) Held at the National House in Vinihrady, this event is a major stop for Pro-Am dancers seeking ranking points in a central European city.

The spring will come with The Gala Ball London (March 7-9) A celebrated ballroom event in London with a rich heritage and competitive formats, included in the Series to extend opportunities for ProAm dancers in the UK and Britannia Dance Championships (March 27–29) The UK’s premier independent Pro-Am competition at Hilton Utilita Hotel, known for professional organisation and international participation.

And in the summer we are going to meet at Dance Stars (June 24-28) a full‑experience Pro‑Am event in Bucharest that offers double Series ranking points, combining competition with social events like a masquerade ball and tropical finale nights and at Hong Kong Open Dance Championships (July 7–8) held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, this event is a major international stop, offering dancers exposure in Asia.

And also, there is another new event on the World Cup Pro-Am Series calendar – Champions’ Ball which take place in Moscow from 25th to 26th of the April. This long‑standing Russian competition holds distinction alongside the Moscow Ball as a key dance event, recognized for its competitive prestige and inclusion in the Series calendar.

 4 KEY PRINCIPLES TO BE THE PART OF THE WORLD CUP PRO AM SERIES

The inclusion of tournaments is based on several key principles:

High Competitive Standards: Events must offer well‑organised, fair competition across standard Pro‑Am disciplines.
Reputation & Prestige: Priority is given to competitions with strong international participation, established history, and recognition within the Pro‑Am community.
Global Representation: Tournaments from different regions are included to reflect the worldwide nature of the Series.
Commitment to Rankings: Events must be willing to contribute results to the World Cup Pro-Am Series ranking system, ensuring dancers can earn points toward the season’s leaderboard. In practice, this means that organizers of high‑level, well‑structured Pro‑Am competitions join the Series to connect their event with a broader international circuit and to offer participants the chance to earn ranking points and visibility.

PRESTIGE AND TRADITIONS

The inclusion of Moscow Ball and Champions’ Ball in the World Cup Pro-Am Series reflects both prestige and tradition:
